Yutian is a second-year graduate student in the Quantitative Finance and Risk Management program. She has a bachelor’s degree in Financial Engineering from Wuhan University. Yutian has earned the certification as a SAS Certified Base Programmer for SAS 9 and SAS Certified Advanced Programmer for SAS 9. She spent the summer of 2019 interning with Deloitte’s Risk Advisory division in Shanghai. In 2016, she interned as an analyst for risk management with Bank of China using MATLAB to resolve identity information issues for real estate loans. In 2017, she worked as a quantitative analyst intern at Huarong Securities, where she operated a quantitative trading strategy platform to optimize a stock portfolio. Her primary interests lie in risk analysis, quantitative analysis, data analysis and consulting.
